How are you? Did you remember me?  Last year 15/03/11 I did go to see you for consultation primary double eyelid surgery.  I am planning to go to seoul for eyelid surgery with you next year around march 12.  I still haven't booked ticket yet.  When I've got the ticket I will let you known and confirm for my appointment with you. 

I would like to ask about hotel Sunshine.  Do you normally arrange reservation accommodation hotel for patient or not. I am going to seoul alone.  I have got no company.  I quite nervous about that.
