nose job forever?

| Hi Doctor, I would like to ask is silicone implants with ear cartilage on the tip of the nose last forever? we do not need to do it again after eg.10 to 20 years. Can i know the cost also if i wanna do it this way(with the cartilage) Thanks serene |
